Construction Management (CM) Services - DLA Construction Services, LLC acts as "Owner's Representative" for the project from inception. CM interviews and hires architect, provides estimates for construction and design review during Design Phase and then develops final Bid Packages for multiple prime contracts (such as Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, General Trades, etc.) and coordinates and manages all prime contractors.
 
Construction Management as Constructor (CMc) Services - DLA Construction Services, LLC acts as "Construction Manager" and "General Contractor" typically after Owner has hired an Architect. CMc provides constructability reviews, preliminary estimates during design phase and then essentially acts as "General Contractor" during construction phase.
 
Owner's Representative (OR) - DLA Services, LLC provides on site supervisory assistance to the Owner. Can provide design review and analysis of preliminary estimates being prepared either by Architect / CM / CMc. DLA Services, LLC does not act as CM or CMc in this arrangement, but acts as experienced consultant to the owner.
 
Drafting Services - DLA Construction Services, LLC provides AutoCAD drafting services for the industry. Typical services performed for submittals or shop drawings for trades people within the industry (such as MEP coordination drawings, steel detailing, door & hardware submittals, or duct detailing).
 
Consulting / Expert Witness - DLA Construction Services, LLC provides professional advise or testimony to Owners, Architects, Construction Managers, or General Contractors in the industry during dispute resolution procedures.
 
Commercial Design Services - DLA Construction Services, LLC provides engineering and drafting services for other construction professionals or clients on projects where DLA Construction Services, LLC will not be providing Construction Services.
 

Estimating Services - DLA Services, LLC provides professional analysis and estimating services for Owner or Architect during Pre-Construction phase of Design.
 
 

Interior Design Services - DLA Construction Services, LLC works for either client or other builder to define interior finish selections for residential or commercial works.
